Are the New York Giants considering bringing back the red jerseys?

The New York Giants are called Big Blue for a reason. At home, they wear their signature blue jerseys and on the road, they usually wear white jerseys with red numbers and letters. Most fans seem to be happy with that.To get more MEN LIMITED Giants jerseys with cheap price, you can visit giantsnfl.com official website.

So why would the Giants be considering a return to the hideous read alternates? Marketing, perhaps. Money talks, after all. But not many Giant fans we know would wear the red. They love the blue. The Giants wore red jerseys from 1937 through 1953 before switching to all blue shirts. They revived the red jerseys in 2004 for a home game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and then wore them in each of their three home meetings with the Dallas Cowboys from 2005-2007 before realizing it wasn’t a very good look. Plus, they lost three of the four games in which they donned red, so it wasn’t bringing tham any luck.

The Giants have gone through various uniform changes throughout their 95-year history but none of the changes have been drastic ones. They’ve always had a blue helmet but did not add the “NY” logo until the early 1960s. That logo was redesigned to represent the times when the Giants moved from the Yale Bowl back to New York to play their home games at Shea Stadium in 1975.

When the Giants moved to the Meadowlands in 1976, they decided to go with the generic “GIANTS” logo on their helmet and wore those until 2000, when they switched back to their uniforms from the early 1960s.
